🦠 The bottle starts with viruses stuck inside - your job is to clear them all.

💊 Capsules fall two halves at a time. Line up 4 or more of the same colour in a row or column and they vanish. Viruses count too - so land matching capsule halves onto a virus of the same colour to destroy it.

✂️ If half a capsule clears, the leftover half drops down - use that for chain reactions.

🏆 Clear every virus to finish the level. If the pile reaches the bottle's neck, it's game over.
